The Natural Aquarium is well named: a part of the lagoon where the water stays clear, shallow and sheltered, and where marine life can be watched without going far.

Before going in, Westley explains where you are heading, what you are likely to see and what to avoid doing. Coral is not scenery: it is alive, and it scars at the slightest push.

Then you take your time. It is a short outing but a slow one, meant for looking rather than for covering distance.

Frequently asked

Is equipment provided?

Westley confirms what is available when you arrange your visit. If you own a mask, bring it: it will always fit you better.
