The table
The Otentika Table is not a restaurant. It is a house that receives, facing the lagoon, with checked cloths, dishes set in the middle and every reason to stay a while.
Grilled fish, octopus, vegetables from the garden, family recipes. What you watched, caught or heard about during the outing finds its logical sequel here.
The menu depends on the day's catch and on what the garden has given. It is agreed with you in advance.

Westley grew up here. He knows the channels of the lagoon, the spots where the fish hold, the winds that announce a bad day.
He does not simply steer a boat: he explains, he adapts, he tells the story. But the story he carries is bigger than him. It belongs to a place, a family and a way of living.
The experience does not begin on the boat. It begins in the soil, on the slopes above Rivière Banane, where the family grows the vegetables and herbs that end up at The Table.
